Service Description

Artivex is an AI-powered self-serve platform for building and maintaining custom internal software and AI automations. The Platform enables businesses to create CRMs, approval workflows, invoice trackers, onboarding systems, operations dashboards, and AI-powered automations without a development team.

Services are available through self-serve plans:

  • Sign up, describe what you need, and the Platform generates a working preview. Activate when ready and pay monthly, subject to the limits described in Section 5.

The Platform includes a dependency manifest, health monitoring, preview environments before every change, role-based access controls, a REST API, and an MCP endpoint for every deployed System.

06

Billing and Payment

All payments are processed by Stripe. By providing your payment details, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for your subscription.

  • Subscriptions: Auto-renew monthly on the billing anniversary date unless cancelled before renewal.
  • Top-ups and auto-refills: Charged at the time of purchase or trigger. Auto-refill is optional on every tier and enabled by default on the Scale plan.
  • Failed payments receive a 7-day grace period before service suspension. We will attempt to notify you by email.
  • All prices exclude applicable taxes. Taxes are added at checkout where required by law.

We never store card numbers. All payment information is handled directly by Stripe under their own security standards.

07

Cancellation

Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the current period.

Data export: You may request a full export of your System data at any time by contacting david@artivex.io. Data exports are provided within 14 days. Following account closure, all data is permanently deleted within 30 days according to our Privacy Policy.

08

Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you store in your Systems on the Platform. We do not claim ownership of your content, configurations, or data.

By using the Platform, you grant Artivex a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

We may use anonymised, aggregated usage data (credit consumption patterns, feature usage frequency, system complexity metrics) to improve the Platform. This data does not identify you or your customers.

Portability and migration: If you choose to leave the Platform, on request we will provide:

  • A full export of your entity data in CSV and JSON format;
  • A copy of your AppSpec (the JSON blueprint describing your entities, fields, workflows, AI steps, and integrations);
  • A snapshot of any auto-generated frontend code we host on your behalf, where applicable.

Together, these allow you or another developer to rebuild your System on alternative infrastructure. The Artivex runtime itself — including the workflow engine, dependency map, preview system, MCP server, monitoring, and multi-tenant infrastructure — is proprietary and is not transferred. This is the same arrangement as comparable platforms (Airtable, Retool, n8n Cloud, Supabase): you own your data and schema, we operate the runtime.

For details on how we handle personal data, please see our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

09

API and MCP Usage

Every Build deployed through the Platform ships with a REST API and an MCP (Model Context Protocol) endpoint. Use of these endpoints is subject to the following conditions:

  • API calls and MCP tool invocations are subject to rate limits that vary by subscription tier.
  • API calls and MCP tool invocations are subject to rate limits as specified in the Platform documentation. Rate limits may vary by plan tier.
  • API keys and MCP tokens are credentials. You are responsible for keeping them secure.
  • If an API key or MCP token is compromised, you must revoke it immediately from your account settings and issue a new one.
  • Artivex is not liable for any unauthorised access or data exposure resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
  • Automated access via the API or MCP endpoint must not be used to circumvent platform limits, scrape data at scale, or for any purpose not consistent with the Acceptable Use policy in Section 10.
10

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Build, host, or operate anything that is illegal under applicable law
  • Store, transmit, or process prohibited content (including but not limited to content that is defamatory, obscene, or that infringes third-party intellectual property rights)
  • Attempt to break or circumvent multi-tenant isolation — any attempt to access another Customer's data is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action
  • Abuse rate limits, attempt denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise degrade the Platform for other users
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform
  • Resell, sublicence, or white-label the Platform or any output of it without our written consent
  • Use the Platform to build systems that make fully automated consequential decisions about individuals (employment, credit, healthcare) without a human review step in the workflow

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

11

Availability and SLA

We aim to maintain high availability of the Platform and will communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible. We do not guarantee a specific uptime percentage at this time.

Outages caused by third-party services (Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, AI providers), changes made outside of the Platform by the Customer, or force majeure events are outside our control.

We will communicate service incidents via email to the account holder and, where relevant, through in-platform notifications.

12

Intellectual Property

Platform IP:The Artivex platform, including its software, design, technology, AppSpec format, dependency manifest system, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Corners Sverige AB. Nothing in these Terms transfers any Platform IP to you.

Your IP: The Systems you build, the AppSpec definitions you create, the data you store within your Systems, and any custom logic or workflows you configure are yours. You retain full ownership.

Generated code produced by the Platform as part of your Build is owned by you. You may use, modify, and deploy it freely, subject to any applicable open-source licences.

13

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Swedish law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

14

  • Claims by your end users arising from your Systems
  • Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
15

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

If you continue to use the Platform after the updated Terms take effect, you are deemed to have accepted the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and cancel your subscription before the effective date.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect when the Terms were last revised.

16

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
